I have managed to maintain my weight loss for more than 8 months now because I made a lifestyle change when I started drinking LIMU LEAN®. I didn’t go on a diet to lose weight; I decided to craft a healthy lifestyle for my family and lost weight as a result of that decision. I continue to drink a LEAN shake at least once a day and I keep an eye on my calorie intake too. The most important part of a healthy lifestyle is paying attention to what goes into your body, not just how many calories are in the food. I aim to eat fresh foods with minimal amounts of preservatives because that keeps things like sodium levels lower. I have dried fruit and nuts at my desk as a snack to keep me from heading to the vending machine. If I do have to grab a not-so-healthy snack on the go, I don’t beat myself up about it. I just make sure it doesn’t happen all of the time. I also choose to stay active, even though I don’t go to the gym. I thoroughly enjoy dancing, as well as walks with my dog and bike riding when the weather is nice. I am enjoying my healthier lifestyle and I am confident that I won’t be gaining weight because I have created new habits that keep me lean.
