You are living proof that our weight loss system works and that means your family, friends and your prospects are going to want to have that success too. You are visual testimonies, even before you start sharing …and isn’t that the easiest way to build your business? Losing weight is never easy, but changing the way you think about your weight, food and exercise really helps. And it’s all possible with this complete system!
The truth is this: This system is easy to follow and it flat out works. It’s as simple as that.
Having said that, we all crave to look and feel better, to look as good as we can. And this system satisfies that craving that is just naturally in us. We want to look our best and feel our best. But you and I know we face other powerful cravings too. So part of the weight loss system is figuring out ways to reduce your personal cravings. One way is to have less of your temptation around. For example, if you love bread, maybe don’t have butter in the fridge, so your bread consumption goes way down. And at restaurants, ask them not to bring bread to the table … just a couple of simple choices can make a BIG difference.
Here are other ways to reduce cravings:
Re-think old patterns. Figure out ways to change what you’ve done in the past.
Don’t eat on the go. Sitting and relaxing helps you to digest and eat smart. That also means don’t eat as you go to the couch; eat at a table.
Plan ahead. Think ahead and give yourself better choices.
Don’t skip meals. It’s when you’re starving that you’re most vulnerable to cravings, so eat healthy snacks 3 times a day.
Chew gum. Sometimes that can help a craving go away.
Keep yourself active. Move more, and especially move away from the table.
Brush your teeth. Food isn’t that attractive after you’ve brushed!
Substitute snacks. Go for healthier alternatives such as light cheese, peanut butter, any nuts, berries, whole grains, tofu, beef jerky, sushi with brown rice, celery, peanut butter, cream cheese, shrimp, peas, beans, ham and bean soup.
Avoid processed foods and “white” foods like white rice, potatoes and bread.
