It was my lucky day when my boyfriend, Adam Shaw and I got a call from Kyle Helm, our personal drum trainer, who told us he had just returned from Orlando and had something he had to share with us. We were a little concerned that something was troubling him because he was vague, but because we care so much for him, we agreed to listen to what he wanted to talk with us about. Limu made so much sense immediately. Guided by Kyle, we joined that night and waited patiently for our package! Adam had been struggling to get back to his “college weight” for a few years and I think that after making the financial commitment to Limu and embracing the fact that we were starting a business together, we jumped in. I, on the other hand, am underweight and am always looking for a way to sustain my health through an informed, well thought out plan for my daily nutrition. With Limu, Adam and I got what we both needed on many levels. And being in this business together has brought us closer. Bonus! The support from Kyle, Trey, and Jessica has been phenomenal.
