30-year-old hairdresser hits 500K organically in 8 months!

Amazing? You bet. Without flipping a group from another company? That’s right. And in only 8 months? Believe it, because it just happened.

That success is the true story of Jessica Ellerman. Here’s a young woman, new to the industry, new to the products, maybe even wet behind the ears. Not a lot of knowledge, not a whole lot of success. So how exactly did she rise up and reach LIMU’s 500K level? I’ll give you one clue: it has NOTHING to do with experience.

Just 8 months ago, Jessica and her husband Eric came to visit our LIMU offices, introduced for the first time to what we’re all about. Excited by the opportunity, even though they had very limited experience in MLM. She was sporting a wild streak of purple in her hair … yeah, she was definitely a hairdresser. And I could sense right away she was a firecracker waiting to explode. She had that “can’t sit still” energy you just can’t hide. She wanted more. A lot more.

Did she have real knowledge at that point? Not about the business she didn’t. But she definitely knew herself, her “all in” approach to life. And that’s what kicked in like I’ve rarely seen. Even before she left our offices that first day, she was making call after call to people she knew, getting them excited about LIMU. She was then and is to this day a non-stop machine, working her business every minute.

In our business, there’s one sure way to reach the top pin levels! You’ve heard this from me many times before … huge success takes ALL OUT MASSIVE ACTION, every day. Not just a little action when you feel like it or when it’s convenient, but a commitment to live and breathe LIMU until you reach your dreams. You can’t prejudge people but when you see a dynamo, you know it. You feel it, because there’s nothing like what I call “ignorance on fire.” That was Jessica, right from the start.

You know, there’s a certain freedom in ignorance, in NOT knowing it all. It really frees your thinking because you truly believe anything’s possible. As Jessica gained belief in LIMU … and belief in herself … she built that right into her daily activity. She is THE classic example of someone new with plenty of drive, passion, desire, focus and work ethic … the kind of person that just will not be denied.

From the beginning, Jessica talked to everyone she knew and never stopped. She talked to people who’d listen and people who wouldn’t … made no difference to her. She talked to all the 96%ers she could … the people that have NEVER been in Network Marketing. She taught her team to do the same thing. And that’s exactly what ALL OUT MASSIVE ACTION is, the willingness to do it and do it and keep doing it, no matter what.

She started having LIMU EXPERIENCE parties before she even knew much about the LIMU products. Heck, she didn’t know all that much about the company either. But she went for it. She was willing to be bad before she was good. She was willing to take that risk, and learn how to be good, so she could be great. She saw a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity and ran with it. Hard.

In September, her first month, she qualified for her free BMW … that was her first proof right there, and she ran even harder. There’s no limit to how many LIMU EXPERIENCE parties she’ll have in a day or a week or a month; ALL OUT MASSIVE ACTION is her standard operating procedure. There’s just no stopping Jessica but it isn’t just her … her energy runs through her whole team. And now Eric has caught the fever, doing meetings and running hard right along with her!

The fact is she’s reached LIMU’s 500K level in a flat-out sprint, and her team is moving just as fast. In fact, as soon as she realized she had hit 500K, she texted me one comment: “My team rocks!” … that is pure Jessica, constantly giving credit to her team. Her organization started at home in San Diego but now has spread to places all across the country … Alabama, Mississippi, Florida and who knows where else she and Eric are today. In just her first 8 months, her team has grown organically to include 3 new 200Ks … 5 new 100Ks … 10 new 50Ks … 35 new 20Ks … and 174 new 2K VIPs … talk about exploding a LIMU business! And she’s done it mainly with people brand new to the industry, the 96%ers that are just looking for a chance to change their lives. YOU know them, too!

Jessica’s gotten better and better every day. And she’s helped us improve as a company too … pushing us to get more and better information, closer to real time, hungry to get reports and promotions and contests going. Honestly, she even wears ME out some days! Just a couple of days ago, as April was ending, she was forty thousand short of the 500K level so I was texting her … and she stopped me in my tracks, texting me saying “I got this. Piece a cake.” That’s belief, confidence, drive, passion, focus and work ethic, all rolled into one short text.

When you possess those things, you don’t NEED experience. When you have that drive, that hunger, that desire, you don’t NEED to know everything about the products. When you have that work ethic, you don’t NEED total understanding. And when you have that passion for success, you’ll find people following you in droves … because you’re showing them what IS possible. Now people seek HER out, because they’Ve seen her success and they’re thinking “I want what she’s got.”

Jessica Ellerman is only our third 500K in LIMU. Think of that … only 3 distributors in the history of our company have reached that level. And it’s a 30-year old hairdresser from San Diego that’s done it, with a whole bunch of 96%ers, in just 8 months.
